This company is engaged in the operation and management of roads and highways in Spain. It was incorporated in February 2001 and has its registered office address situated in Madrid. The company holds the administrative concession for the construction, conservation and operation of the freeway of R-4 toll, from Madrid to Ocana, M50-Ocana section; the circumvallation to Madrid M-50, subsection from State highway IV to State highway II; from the Southeastern axis, M-40 section to M-50; and of the prolongation of the connection of the State highway II, as well as the improvement in the M-50, M-409 section to N-IV. The company is a member of the Association of Concessionary Spanish Societies of Freeways, Tunnels, Bridges and Routes of Toll (ASETA).
